Above-mentioned Registration rates are exclusive of VAT (currently 20%)

Daily registration will not be available.

Registration fee for all participants includes:

• transportation from/to the hotel,
• welcome cocktail,
• one joint dinner
• gala dinner,
• lunches tours according to program,
• badge,
• certificate of attendance,
• set of materials.

Accompanying person’s registration includes participation to whole program, price from table.

For credit card, bank fee will be added as per bank policy.

For payments via bank transfer, participants should cover cost of bank transactions.

Cancellation Policy

A written cancellation should be sent to organizing secretariat. Cancellations will not be accepted after April 1, 2019 Name changes are possible uintil 25th of April. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
