Dear submariners,
It is a big honor for my colleagues and me to invite you to take participation in 56th International Submariners Congress in Belgrade, May 21-26, 2019.
As I mentioned at the candidacy session in Pula 2016, Serbia has no sea and submarine, but the role of our country in participation of establishing and growing Yugoslav Submarine Fleet (1928-2005) was very significant. Now we have good organized Association that cooperates with a lot of social organization.
Belgrade, capital of Serbia has become very popular business and touristic destination in the World frame in few last years, so I courtesy please You to come in our country and take the presence in 56th ISC.
The Congress will be held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Serbia
