Invitation Letter: the Congress Secretariat can provide Invitation letter for the participants on request. This procedure is designated to assist participants to obtain a visa or permission to attend the congress and does not imply a commitment to provide any financial support.
Name Badges: All participants are required to carry their name badges throughout the congress,
Certificate of Attendance: Certificate of attendance will be granted to all registered participants on the last day of the congress.
Local Climate: In May, the weather is usually mild in Belgrade. The average highest temperature is 27°C and the average lowest temperature is 20°C. Evening could be chilly and therefore it is recommended to bring light coat.
Currency: The Currency unit in Serbia is Dinar. The official currency of the congress is Euro. Convertible foreign currency can be exchanged at the airport, in the hotels, banks and foreign exchange offices at current daily exchange rates.
